BILLING SERVICES
I handle your billing either weekly (for the previous week's sessions) or daily at end of business - whatever works best for your workflow. After each billing run, you'll receive a summary with any important notes or follow-ups needed. I also track claims until they're paid and handle clawbacks so nothing falls through the cracks.
NEW PATIENT COORDINATION
I'll verify insurance for new patients and get them on your schedule with compassionate, professional communication. This includes verifying benefits, calculating patient responsibility, and scheduling new patients for their first appointment so you can focus on clinical care.
INSURANCE VERIFICATION & ANNUAL RE-VERIFICATION
Every January, I'll re-verify insurance for your entire caseload and send Benefit Reviews to insured clients and Good Faith Estimates to cash-pay patients. No more scrambling during re-verification season.
SIMPLE PRACTICE CLEAN-UP
If your Simple Practice account has accumulated confusing auto-generated invoices, outdated patient information, or general disorganization, I'll audit and clean everything up so your system runs smoothly and your client-facing portal looks professional.

MONTHLY RETAINER OPTIONS
(recommended for ongoing support)
Starting at $500/month for up to 15 hours of billing and administrative support. This would be a good fit for a smaller practice (about 30-40 active clients).
For a practice of around 70-80 active clients - you may need the $1,000/month retainer option. This provides up to 35 hours of billing and administrative support.
Retainers give you predictable costs and priority response times. Retainers are billed bi-weekly as well.
HOURLY RATE
$30/hour for project-based work or occasional support, billed bi-weekly.
